ORDERING

Buy
When you have completed an order, an order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you entered at checkout. If something is wrong with the order, please contact us directly via email: shop@pionystudio.com

The order confirmation is your receipt and means that the purchase has been approved and that a binding purchase agreement has been drawn up. The order is accompanied by an obligation to pay.

You must be 18 years of age or have guardian's approval when ordering.

Down payment
If we have agreed to produce something to order for you, it generally applies that a deposit of at least 50% of the total order value must be paid in advance.

PAYMENT

Card payment or invoice
We offer safe and secure payment through Klarna, Apple Pay Google Pay and many cards like Visa, Master Card where you can choose the payment method that suits you. The sum is charged in connection with the order being delivered to you.

Prices
The prices in the store are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) including VAT. The VAT rate can vary in our range, but is usually 25% VAT.

DELIVERY

Shipping

Shipping within Sweden is included in the price. It appears on the purchase page if it is possible to choose alternative shipping solutions. For express or shipping world wide, we provide a quote.

By agreement, for certain goods, we can arrange special transport or solution to pick up at our warehouse. Contact us by e-mail, and we will help in the best way.

Delivery time
Our normal delivery times are between 5-10 weekdays. (We can arrange special shipping if you are interested in express delivery.)

If there have been delays in your delivery (without us notifying you), you must contact us directly via e-mail: shop@pionystudio.com

Many of our goods are made to order and delivery times can therefore differ between different goods. During certain seasons such as holiday periods, summer and Christmas, it may take longer than estimated. We communicate approximate delivery times. If the delivery date is important to you, enter it at checkout, or contact us. We do everything to ensure that you as a customer receive your goods within the desired time.

RETURNS

Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you have received an item that you ordered. The product must be in salable condition with unbroken, undamaged packaging. You must always contact us within 14 days via e-mail: shop@pionystudio.com

If the right of cancellation is used, the entire amount is refunded. You cannot use the right of cancellation on goods whose sealing has been broken. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping.

* The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially manufactured for you as a customer.

Complaint
Notify why you do not accept the item and state why you believe the item is faulty, send to e-mail: shop@pionystudio.com We will then send you instructions. Always report any complaints within 30 days.

Transport damage
If the accident were to occur and the goods were damaged during transport, it is important that you contact us immediately. Document, send e-mail and tell us what happened within 14 days. We help in the best way possible and our ambition is to replace the product with a similar one.

Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed package does not count as cancellation of purchase. You must always notify us within 14 days when using the right of cancellation, exchange or return. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us are returned at your expense.

PICTURES & TEXTS

Product images
We do not guarantee that the images on the website reflect the exact appearance of the products. The color reproduction may look different in reality. Colors may also vary on different images and screens. Get in touch before placing your order and we will try to help. (If you are not sure whether you will like your artwork, in some cases we can send small film clips or color maps for reference.)

Copyright

All rights to images on the website are the sole property of Piony Studios, the photographers or artists and may not be used for reproduction without agreement. Piony AB has the right of use and copyright to all images and texts unless otherwise stated. Images may not be distributed or published in contexts that may be perceived as offensive by any party.

GENERALLY

The Personal Data Act (PUL)
When you place your order with us, you voluntarily provide your personal data. We do not save your customer data for anything other than your order. We comply with the Personal Data Act.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
When placing an order in our e-commerce, you agree to us using your data to be able to make a delivery. We follow the law from 2018.

Cookies
We use cookies to give you as a visitor a better experience, e.g. to keep track of the settings in your shopping cart. You can delete cookies yourself in your browser.

Your rights
To safeguard your interests as a customer, we apply the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932), the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts outside business premises, the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (ARN).

Reservations
We reserve the right for any printing errors in price or product information. We reserve the right to continuously change information and prices in our assortment and that we can subsequently correct incorrect pricing or other things. We reserve the right for possible final sales, stock differences or technical problems. Promotions are valid while stocks last.

Force majeure
We take no responsibility for delays or errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control such as labor conflict, fire, war, pandemic, authority decision, reduced or non-delivery by supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control. The company is also never responsible for direct or indirect damage/loss that may occur to the customer.
