PURCHASE & DELIVERY TERMS
These purchase and delivery conditions apply when you buy goods in our shop www.pionystudio.com. We want to make our conditions favorable for you as a customer and therefore offer free shipping within Sweden. Shipping costs to Europe and other countries will be added, contact us for help.
When you have completed an order, an order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you entered at checkout. If something is wrong with the order, please contact us directly via email: email@example.com
The order confirmation is your receipt and means that the purchase has been approved and that a binding purchase agreement has been drawn up. The order is accompanied by an obligation to pay.
You must be 18 years of age or have guardian's approval when ordering.
If we have agreed to produce something to order for you, it generally applies a deposit of at least 50% of the total order value must be paid in advance.
Card payment or invoice
We offer safe and secure payment through Klarna, where you can choose the payment method that suits you. The sum is charged in connection with the order being delivered to you.
The prices in the store are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) including VAT. The VAT rate can vary in our range, but is usually 25% VAT.
Shipping to Sweden is included in the price. It appears on the purchase page if it is possible to choose alternative shipping solutions. Added shipping costs to Europe and World Wide.
Outside the Euro zone customs and/or taxes are on the customers responsibility. (Can be different between countries.)
By agreement, for certain goods, we can arrange special transport or solution to pick up at our warehouse. Contact us by e-mail, and we will help in the best way.
Our normal delivery times are between 5-10 weekdays. (We can arrange special shipping if you are interested in express delivery.)
If there have been delays in your delivery (without us notifying you), you must contact us directly via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Many of our goods are made to order and delivery times can therefore differ between different goods. During certain seasons such as holiday periods, summer and Christmas, it may take longer than estimated. We communicate approximate delivery times. If the delivery date is important to you, enter it at checkout, or contact us. We do everything to ensure that you as a customer receive your goods within the desired time.
Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you have received an item that you ordered. The product must be in salable condition with unbroken, undamaged packaging. You must always contact us within 14 days via e-mail: email@example.com
If the right of cancellation is used, the entire amount is refunded. You cannot use the right of cancellation on goods whose sealing has been broken. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping.
* The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially manufactured for you as a customer.
Notify why you do not accept the item and state why you believe the item is faulty, send to e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org We will then send you instructions. Always report any complaints within 30 days.
If the accident were to occur and the goods were damaged during transport, it is important that you contact us immediately. Document, send e-mail and tell us what happened within 14 days. We help in the best way possible and our ambition is to replace the product with a similar one.
Unclaimed package does not count as cancellation of purchase. You must always notify us within 14 days when using the right of cancellation, exchange or return. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us are returned at your expense.
